　　Notice on Epidemic Prevention and Control of Wuxi

　　At 0-24:00 on March 15, two asymptomatic cases were found in the nucleic acid test screening of people who come (return) to Wuxi from other areas. The details are as follows:

　　Asymptomatic Case No. 1: On the early morning of March 15, in the test performed by Jiangyin Center for Disease Control and Prevention, one key person from other province was tested positive in the first nucleic acid testing among people quarantined at a designated site. On the morning of March 15, after double-checking by Wuxi Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the result was confirmed positive, and the patient was transferred to the designated hospital for further diagnosis and treatment. On the afternoon of March 15, after consultation with Wuxi expert group, the patient was diagnosed as COVID-19 asymptomatic carrier.

　　Asymptomatic Case No. 2: On the afternoon of March 15, in the nucleic acid test screening among people who come (return) to Wuxi from other cities or provinces, the preliminary result of a “10 person mixed test sample” was positive. The emergency response mechanism was immediately launched to carry out quarantine management, rapid test with COVID-19 antigen reagents, single-person single-tube nucleic acid test etc. After double-checking by Wuxi Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the result of one person was confirmed positive, and the patient was transferred to the designated hospital for further diagnosis and treatment. On the evening of March 15, after consultation with Wuxi expert group, the patient was diagnosed as COVID-19 asymptomatic carrier.

　　After receiving the report, the epidemic prevention and control headquarters at municipal and district levels have carried out epidemiological investigation, source tracing, sampling and testing, and quarantine management, and strictly implemented epidemic prevention measures such as management and control and environment disinfection of relevant sites. As of 24:00 on March 15, a total of 231 close contacts and 215 secondary close contacts of the two asymptomatic cases are identified and quarantined at designated sites. The test results of 104 were negative and the rest results are pending. A total of 311 samples of articles and environment in relevant places were collected and the test results of 211 were negative and the rest results are pending.

　　All people coming (returning) to Wuxi from epidemic-related areas must report to residing community (village) or work unit immediately and cooperate with health management work such as nucleic acid testing. Those who refuse to cooperate with the epidemic prevention work and withhold of information or falsely report relevant information will be seriously investigated for legal responsibility.

　　During the epidemic period, all residents shall earnestly shoulder their responsibilities for epidemic prevention. If you have “time-space contacts” with the aforementioned infected cases, please report to your residing community or employer immediately. We call on every resident to raise pandemic response awareness, wear masks, wash hands frequently, ventilate more, perform standardized disinfection, keep social distance, and cooperate with the implementation of various epidemic prevention and control measures. Those who violate the relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and control will be investigated for legal responsibility in accordance with laws and regulations.

　　3月15日0-24时，我市在外地来（返）锡人员核酸筛查中发现2例无症状感染者。详细情况如下：

　　无症状感染者①：3月15日凌晨，江阴市疾控中心对集中隔离点一名外省来澄重点人员核酸检测时，初筛结果阳性。15日上午，经我市疾控中心复核为阳性，随即转运至市定点医院诊疗。15日下午，经市级专家组会诊，诊断为新冠病毒无症状感染者。

　　无症状感染者②：3月15日下午，我市在外省市返锡人员核酸筛查中发现“10人混检”初筛阳性，随即启动应急响应机制，立即开展管控隔离、新冠抗原试剂快速检测、单人单管核酸检测等工作。经我市疾控中心复核，一名结果为阳性，随即将其转运至定点医院诊疗。15日夜，经市级专家组会诊，诊断为新冠病毒无症状感染者。

　　接报后，市、区（县）两级迅速开展流调溯源、核酸采样和隔离管控，严格落实相关场所及环境消杀等防疫措施。截至3月15日24时，已排查该两名无症状感染者密接231人、次密215人，均已落实集中隔离，已出结果104人，均为阴性，其余结果待出；已采集相关场所物品和环境样本311份，已出结果211份，均为阴性，其余结果待出。

　　请所有涉疫地区来（返）锡人员，务必第一时间向所在社区（村）、单位报备，并主动配合落实核酸检测等各项防控措施。对拒不配合防疫工作及瞒报、谎报个人相关情况的，将严肃追究相应法律责任。

　　疫情期间，广大市民要切实履行个人防疫责任，如发现自己与已公布的无症状感染者轨迹有时空交集的，务必第一时间向所在社区或单位报告。要继续增强防范意识，做好戴口罩、勤洗手、多通风、规范消毒、保持社交距离等日常防护，主动配合落实各项疫情防控措施。对违反疫情防控规定的，将依法依规追究法律责任。
