　　On the early morning of May 3, irregularity was found for some nucleic acid test results in Zhouzhuang Town, Jiangyin and there is the risk of community spread. To quickly block the chain of epidemic spread, prevent the spread of the epidemic, and ensure health and safety of the general public, please pay attention to the following:

　　People who have travelled to/from Jiangyin city since April 27 must report to the relevant community (village), unit or disease control department at once and take epidemiological survey, nucleic acid testing, health monitoring and other prevention and control measures.

　　For people coming from Zhouzhuang Town, Xuxiake, Huashi Town and Yunting Street, the "7 + 7"(starting from the day of departure) control measures will be implemented, which means 7-day home monitoring (single room, yellow health code) and 7 days health monitoring. For people coming from other towns/street in Jiangyin, "3 + 11" (starting from the day of departure) control measures will be implemented, which means 3 days home monitoring (single room, yellow health code) and 11 days health monitoring.

　　The public should fulfill their personal responsibility for epidemic prevention and enhance awareness. Please wear masks, keep social distance, and get vaccinated in time. All units and places must take the primary responsibility by strengthening the health code inspection and ensuring all visitors show their "doorbell code" so that the prevention and control measures are put in place. Those who do not implement prevention and control measures, refuse to cooperate and conceal or falsely report personal information will be investigated for legal liabilities.

　　5月3日凌晨，江阴市周庄镇在核酸检测中，发现多名核酸检测异常人员，存在社会面扩散风险。为快速阻断疫情传播链条，有效阻止疫情扩散，保障广大市民健康安全，现就相关事项通告如下：

　　4月27日以来，有江阴市旅居史人员务必第一时间向所在社区（村）、单位或属地疾控部门报告，配合开展流调排查、核酸检测、健康监测等防控措施。其中，周庄镇、徐霞客镇、华士镇、云亭街道来（返）锡人员将实施“7+7”（离开之日起）管控措施，即7天居家健康监测（单人单间、赋黄码）、7天健康监测。

　　江阴市其它镇（街）来（返）锡人员，实施“3+11”（离开之日起）管控措施，即3天居家健康监测（单人单间、赋黄码）、11天健康监测。

　　请广大市民切实履行个人防疫责任，增强防范意识，坚持佩戴口罩、保持社交距离、及时接种疫苗。各单位、场所务必加强健康码查验，严格扫“门铃码”，强化主体责任，确保各项防控措施落实到位。对不落实防控措施，拒不配合防疫工作及瞒报、谎报个人相关情况的，将严肃追究相应法律责任。
