No.110 Notice on Reporting Travel History to Relevant Areas of Yixing

　　On the morning of April 16, positive results were found in the 10-in-1 mixed nucleic acid testing among key groups in Heqiao town of Yixing. After retest, Mr. Li and his wife were confirmed to be the positive cases, which posed a potential threat of virus spread among the general public. To curb Covid-19 transmission, contain its spread, and safeguard the health and safety of our citizens, we call on people in Wuxi city and Jiangyin with travel history to Heqiao town, Gaocheng town, Wanshi town, Zhoutie town, Yicheng subdistrict, Qiting subdistrict of Yixing take proper self-protection measures and report to the communities of residence (village), employers or the local disease prevention and control departments immediately. 

　　The above-mentioned people shall cooperate with the epidemiological investigation, nucleic acid tests, health monitoring, among other response measures. People with travel history to those areas will be assigned yellow Jiangsu Health Code (Sukangma). Yellow health code carriers shall contact the community of residence (village) for registration and take 3 nucleic acid tests in 3 days as required. When going out, please take proper self-protection measures, do not take public transportation, do not go to crowded places, and do not attend gathering activities.

　　All citizens shall earnestly shoulder their responsibilities for epidemic prevention and control, be more precautious of the virus, wear disposable medical face masks, keep social distancing, get vaccinated in time and cooperate with relevant response measures. Those who refuse to cooperate with epidemic prevention and control effort, conceal information or provide false information will be investigated for legal responsibility.

　　4月16日凌晨，宜兴市和桥镇开展区域重点人群核酸检测时，发现“10人混管”初筛阳性，经复核，“10人混管”中李某某及其妻子两人为阳性，存在社会面扩散风险。为快速阻断疫情传播链条，有效阻止疫情扩散，保障广大市民健康安全，4月9日以来，请在无锡市区和江阴市有宜兴市和桥镇、高塍镇、万石镇、周铁镇、宜城街道、屺亭街道旅居史人员，务必第一时间做好个人防护，立即向所在社区（村）、单位或属地疾控部门报告，配合开展流调排查、核酸检测、健康监测等防控措施。

　　对上述人员将进行“苏康码”赋黄码管理，请被赋黄码人员立即联系所在社区（村）登记，并按要求实施3天3次核酸检测，外出期间全程做好个人防护，不乘坐公共交通工具，不前往人员聚集场所，不参加聚集性活动。

　　请广大市民切实履行个人防疫责任，增强防范意识，坚持佩戴口罩、保持社交距离、及时接种疫苗，主动配合落实各项疫情防控措施。对拒不配合防疫工作及瞒报、谎报个人相关情况的，将严肃追究相应法律责任。
