No. 114 Notice on Epidemic Prevention and Control

　　On the evening of April 25, the medical team conducted a consultation on a positive case(notified in Notice No. 113), who was diagnosed as an asymptomatic patient①.

　　On the early morning of April 26, we conducted nucleic acid test of persons at the quarantine site and it was found there was a positive case, who is a classmate of the asymptomatic patient ①. On the morning of April 26, the patient was confirmed to be positive by Wuxi Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and was immediately transferred to a designated hospital for further diagnosis and treatment. After consultation, the person was diagnosed as an asymptomatic patient ②. Epidemiological survey, nucleic acid testing and environmental disinfection were carried out for relevant contacts and on relevant places. 

　　As of 14: 00, April 26, there are 119 close contacts and 500 secondary close contacts, all of whom have been placed under quarantine and were tested negative. We have completed the nucleic acid test of 3268 students, teachers, staff and their families from Wenjing Campus of Tianyi Experimental School and 954,800 people in the whole Xishan District. The results were all negative except for the above two asymptomatic patients.

　　The general public should fulfill their responsibility for epidemic prevention. If there is time and space intersection between you and the asymptomatic patients, please report it to the local community (village) or unit at once, and take nucleic acid testing and have health monitoring and other prevention and control measures. In this case, your health code will turn yellow.You have to take nucleic acid test 3 times in 3 days. Take personal protection when you’re outdoor, do not take public transportation, don’t go to crowed places and do not participate in group activities.

　　Currently, the situation of epidemic prevention and control is severe and complicated, and the  pressure to guard against inbound cases are increasing. The general public should enhance their awareness of prevention, comply with epidemic prevention requirements, refrain from ordering goods from overseas or domestic key epidemic areas unless necessary. Pay attention to personal protection when receiving express delivery, do disinfection, and strengthen daily protection such as wearing masks, washing hands frequently, ventilating more, keep social distance. Please cooperate with epidemic prevention and control measures. Those who refuse to cooperate with epidemic prevention measures, conceal or make a false report about their personal situation, thus causing the spread of the epidemic, will be held liable for legal responsibilities.

　　无锡市疫情防控第114号通告

　　4月25日晚，经市级专家组对第113号通告一名阳性感染者进行会诊，诊断为新冠病毒无症状感染者①。

　　4月26日凌晨，我市对集中隔离点管控人员核酸检测时，发现一名初筛阳性（系无症状感染者①的同学）。26日上午，经市疾控中心复核为阳性，随即转运至市定点医院进一步诊疗。经市级专家组会诊，诊断为新冠病毒无症状感染者②。相关接触人员及场所已全面开展流调排查、核酸检测、环境消杀等处置工作。

　　截至4月26日14时，已排查该无症状感染者密接119人、次密500人，均已落实管控措施，核酸检测均为阴性。已完成天一实验学校文景校区全体师生员工及家属3268人、锡山区全域95.48万人核酸检测，除发现无症状感染者②外，检测结果均为阴性。

　　请广大市民切实履行个人防疫责任，如发现与无症状感染者活动轨迹有时空交集的，务必第一时间向所在社区（村）、单位报告，并配合落实核酸检测、健康监测等防控措施。对相关时空伴随人员，将进行“苏康码”赋黄码管理，请被赋黄码人员按要求主动完成3天3次核酸检测，外出期间全程做好个人防护，不乘坐公共交通工具，不前往人员聚集场所，不参加聚集性活动。

　　当前，疫情防控形势严峻复杂，外防输入压力不断增加。广大市民要持续增强防范意识，遵守防疫要求，非必需不从境外和国内重点涉疫地区邮购物品，收取快递时注意个人防护，做好物品消毒，并加强戴口罩、勤洗手、多通风、保持社交距离等日常防护，主动配合落实各项疫情防控措施。对拒不配合防疫工作及瞒报、谎报个人情况，造成疫情传播扩散的，将严肃追究相应法律责任。
