Notice on Urgently looking for Contacts of Newly Confirmed Covid-19 Infection Cases (No. 117)

　　On the early morning of April 28, a nucleic acid testing was carried out for relevant persons in the Wenjing Campus of Tianyi Experimental School in Xishan District, which was designated as the controlled area, and an abnormal result was found in one of 10-in-1 mixed tube testing. After a single-tube testing for respective individuals, one of them showed a positive result while others were negatives. Immediate response measures were taken both at the district and the municipal levels such as epidemiological survey, quarantine, and nucleic acid testing of the close contacts at the quarantine sites. Two family members of the positive case were also tested positive. After review by the Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention, all three were confirmed Covid-19 cases, and they were immediately transferred to the city’s designated hospital for further diagnosis and treatment.

　　As of 20:00 on April 28, 140 close contacts and 175 secondary-contacts of the three Covid-19 infection cases have been identified and placed under quarantine. Nucleic acid testing has been carried out for these people, of which 197 were negative, and the rest of the results were pending. From April 26 to 28, three rounds of district-wide nucleic acid testing were launched consecutively. In the third round during which 968,900 people were tested, all the results were negative except for the above-mentioned confirmed Covid-19 infection cases.

　　The general public shall fulfill their responsibilities for epidemic prevention. For anyone who was found to be in company with confirmed Covid-19 infection cases in time and space, please report to the local community (village) or unit ASAP, and follow the requirements on Covid-19 prevention and control regarding nucleic acid testing and health monitoring. For relevant persons in the company in time and space, their "Jiangsu Health QR Code" will turn yellow. These yellow code holders are required to complete the nucleic acid testing 3 times in 3 days. When going out for testing, they are required to wear marks, and not to take public transportation, go to places where people gather and participate in group activities.

　　Currently, the Covid-19 cases in the surrounding areas are frequently occurred in a number of clusters and across the province, and the pressure to guard against inbound cases is increasing. The efforts on Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control in schools cannot be loosened for the moment. All schools in the citymust obey the rules for organizing teachers, students, staff and co-living personnel to take nucleic acid testing, strengthen supervision on their health status, learn about their history of travel and residence in other cities. Through daily information collection and reporting, schools can prevent inbound confirmed Covid-19 infection cases. Besides, schools must strictly implement the registration system for people who are absent from school (attendance) due to illness and the inspection system for those who return to school. Follow-up efforts are required to collect and report information for those who are absent from school (attendance) due to illness.

　　For the sake of health and family happiness, the general public shall enhance the awareness of epidemic prevention, continue to wear masks and maintain social distance when going out, readily take vaccination, fulfill legal obligations, and cooperate with nucleic acid testing and various prevention and control measures. Those who refuse to cooperate with the epidemic prevention measures, conceal or falsely report personal information will held accountable for legal responsibilities according to laws and regulations.

　　The track of the infection case is relatively simple. From April 19 to 20, attended school by car driven by family members and pick-up from the school when classes were finished. On April 21, did not attend school due to illness. From April 22 to April 27, stayed at home except for going out for compound-wide nucleic acid testing. The locations involved were Wenjing Campus of Tianyi Experimental School, Xishan People’s Hospital, and Baihe International Garden in Anzhen Sub-district of Xishan District. The results of the three nucleic acid testing on April 22, 25 and 26 were all negative.

The results of the three nucleic acid testing on April 24, 25 and 26 were all negative.

　　关于紧急寻找新冠病毒

　　阳性感染者接触人员的通告（第117号）

　　4月28日凌晨，我市锡山区对天一实验学校文景校区疫情涉及管控区域人员核酸筛查时，发现一“10人混管”结果异常，经单管采样检测，其中1人初筛阳性、9人阴性。市、区两级迅速开展流调溯源、隔离管控，并在对集中隔离点相关密接人员进行核酸检测时，又发现其两名家人初筛阳性。经市疾控中心复核三人均为阳性，随即转运至市定点医院进一步诊疗。

　　截至4月28日20时，已排查该三名阳性感染者密接140人、次密175人，均已落实管控措施，核酸检测已出结果197人均为阴性，其余结果待出。4月26日-28日锡山区连续开展三轮全员核酸检测，第三轮96.89万人中除上述阳性感染者，其余均为阴性。

　　请广大市民切实履行个人防疫责任，如发现与已公布的阳性感染者轨迹有时空交集的，务必第一时间向所在社区（村）、单位报告，并配合落实核酸检测、健康监测等防控措施。对相关时空伴随人员，将进行“苏康码”赋黄码管理，请被赋黄码人员按要求主动完成3天3次核酸检测，外出期间全程做好个人防护，不乘坐公共交通工具，不前往人员聚集场所，不参加聚集性活动。

　　当前，周边地区疫情呈点多、面广、频发态势，外防输入压力持续增大，做好学校疫情防控工作一刻不能松懈，全市各级各类学校必须按要求组织师生员工开展核酸检测，加强师生员工及共同生活人员健康状态、外市旅居史的动态摸排，做到“日报告”“零报告”，严格执行因病缺课（勤）人员登记和返校查验制度，对因病缺课（勤）人员要进行追访。
