中秋佳节，丹桂飘香。为进一步弘扬中华优秀传统文化，推动中外文明交流互鉴，9月15日，江阴市人民政府外事办公室联合江阴市人民对外友好协会举办了“文化引航，友谊远航”国际友人中国文化体验活动。来自英国、意大利、加拿大、南非、马来西亚等10余个国家的30余名中外嘉宾齐聚一堂，欢度中秋。

　　 在三国斋茶艺职业培训学校，外国友人们观看宋代点茶茶艺表演、了解茶席礼仪及点茶的器皿，切身体验宋代三汤点茶法，沉浸式感受了中国以茶待客、以茶代酒、以茶养生、以茶作礼、以茶育人的传统茶文化精髓。

　　在天晨文化学校，授课老师讲解了“中秋月圆”四个字的字体演变过程，介绍了中国的文房四宝。外国友人们在练习中掌握了正确的执笔姿势，并用甲骨文、楷书等四种字体书写了“中秋月圆”，在字里行间中深刻感受到了中国书法文化的魅力。

　　“It was an honor to have been able to attend such a fantastic occasion. The tea ceremony, in particular, is an excellent beginning to better understand Chinese culture. During this event, I observed the women as they prepared the tea. Enjoying a cup of tea served in the traditional manner meant more than just drinking tea. It is therapeutic and peaceful, allowing one to focus on the task at hand, to seize the moment, and truly enjoy the tastes of the tea. The tea ceremony was properly prepared. I was delighted we were allowed to wear Chinese traditional attire since it made the celebration even more unique.
