Epidemic prevention and control in offices and public places

Recently, the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council issued "Notice on Scientifically Preventing and Controlling the COVID-19", which puts forward several technical requirements for the epidemic prevention and control in offices and public places.

職場と公共場所の感染予防と抑制

最近、国務院の新型コロナウイルス感染による肺炎流行の共同予防･共同抑制メカニズムは「法律法規に従って、新型コロナウィルス感染による肺炎を科学的かつ正確に予防と抑制することに関するお知らせ」を発行した。

근무장소와 공공장소의 감염사태 방역

최근 국무원에서 코로나 19 대응공동예방제어 메커니즘에서 <법에 의하여 과학적이고 정확하게 코로나 19 감염사태 방역을 실시할때 관한 통지>를 인쇄 및 발행하였는데 그중 근무장소와 공공장소의 감염사태 방역에 대하여 기술적 요구를 제출하였다.

Preparatory work

Prepare prevention and control supplies including masks, disinfectants, hand sanitizers, quick-drying hand disinfectants and thermometers.

Remind personnel at the entrance of office and public places to wear masks if necessary.

Special trash cans for wasted masks can be added and timely cleaning is needed.

Pay attention to ventilation and hygiene. Preventive disinfection should be carried out on public items and areas that are touched frequently. Disinfect floors and walls if necessary.

Health status should be monitored and temperature should be recorded. Inbound personnel should register their information and they should be managed in accordance with territorial principle. Take temperature before going to work.

再開する前の準備

マスク、消毒液、液体ハンドソープ、速乾ハンドソープ、体温計などの防護物資を準備する。

必要な時、職場と公共場所の入口でマスクを着用させるように注意する。

使用済みマスクの専用ゴミ箱を設置し、しかもタイムリーに清掃する。

日常は通風換気と清潔衛生を守って、同時に、よく接触される公用物品に対して、予防のため消毒を行う。必要な時に、地面と壁に対しても消毒を行う。

毎日健康管理制度を実行し、体温記録簿を作成する。外地からの従業員を記録し、所属地域の管理規定に従って管理するべきである。毎日、仕事の前に、従業員の体温を測定する必要がある。

근무전 준비

마스크, 소독제,핸드워시, 손소독제, 체온계 등 방역물품을 비치한다.

근무장소와 공공장소 입구에서 필요시 마스크 착용을 권장한다.

폐기 마스크 전용  쓰레기통을 두어 사용한 마스크를 버리도록 하며 제때에 청소해야 한다.

날마다 통풍을 하여 공기를 바꾸고 깨끗이 청소하는것을 위주로 하고  접촉이 비교적 많은 공공물품과 부위에 대하여 예방성 소독을 진행한다. 필요하면 바닥과 벽 등 에 대하여 예방성 소독을 진행한다.

매일 건강측정제도를 실행하고 체온측정기록부를 작성한다. 타지역에서 복귀한 인원은 반드시 등록해야 하며 소속지관리를 원칙으로 관리한다. 매일 출근전 직원의 체온을 측정한다.

Ventilation

Natural ventilation is preferred. Turn on exhaust devices such as exhaust fans to improve indoor airflow if possible.

When using a centralized air conditioning and ventilation system, please ensure that the system operates normally. Turn off return air vent and run with full fresh air to ensure that there is sufficient fresh air in the room.

Normal operation of the exhaust fan in box elevator and the ventilation system of the underground parking lot should be ensured.

通風換気

窓を開け、自然な通風を優先に採用する。条件が許せば、換気扇などの抽気装置によって、室内空気の流れを強める。

セントラルエアコンを使用する場合、エアコンの通風システムの運行を保証するべきである。旋風を閉め、フレッシュエアーシステムを使用し、室内に十分な新鮮な空気を確保する。

エレベーターの換気扇、地下車庫の換気システムの運行を確保するべきである。

통풍하여 공기를 바꾼다.

우선 창문을 열어 자연 통풍을 한다. 조건이 가능하면 선풍기 등 환기장치로 실내 공기유동을 강화한다.

중앙시스템에어컨을 사용시 송풍시스템의 정상적인 운행을 보장해야 한다. 반송공기를 끄고 환기시스템을 운행하여 실내에 신선한 공기 유통량을 확보한다.

엘리베이터의 환풍기와 지하 주차장의 통풍 시스템의 정상적인 운행을 확보해야 한다.

Air-conditioning operation

Switch to full fresh air mode and turn off humidification function of the air conditioner to ensure that fresh air is taken directly from outdoors and the air inlet is clean while the air outlet is unobstructed.

Regularly disinfect air inlet and outlet of the air conditioner and wipe it with an effective chlorine 500MG / L disinfectant; strengthen cleaning and disinfection of condensate tray and cooling water of coils; cleaning and disinfection of air conditioning and ventilation systems shall be carried out in accordance with "Cleaning and Disinfection Regulation of Centralized Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems in Public Places".

エアコン運行

換気システムを利用し、エアコンの加湿機能を閉め、室外からの新鮮な空気を吸い込み、吸気口の清潔、吹出口の流暢を保障する。

定期的にエアコンの吸気口と吹出口を有効塩素500MG/Lの消毒液で消毒する。ファンコイルユニットの凝縮水の消毒を強化し、「公共場所集中エアコン通気システム清掃消毒規範」に従って、エアコンの換気システムを掃除消毒を行うべきである。

Garbage disposal

Put ordinary garbage into black plastic bags. Prevention and control supplies like masks should be sorted as household waste. Ensure no litter around trash bins and trash points. Various types of garbage should be cleaned timely. No overtime and excessive dumping.

Keep garbage transfer trucks and garbage cans clean. Spray or wipe with a chlorine-containing disinfectant with an effective chlorine of 500MG / L on a regular basis; keep the walls and floor of the garbage site clean, and spray with chlorine-containing disinfectant with an effective chlorine at 500MG / L regularly.

ごみ処理

エスカレーター

できるだけエレベーターに乗ることを避け、乗る時マスクを着用するべきである。

エレベーターの地面、壁の清潔を維持し、毎日2回消毒するべきである。

エレベーターの押しボタン、手すりなどのよく接触される部分に対しては毎日3回以上の消毒を行うべきである。

地下車庫

地下車庫の地面の清潔を維持するべきである。パーキングの時、カードを取るボタンなどのよく接触される部分が毎日3回以上消毒されるべきである。

에스컬레이터

최대한 엘리베이터를 이용하지 말고 탑승시 마스크를 착용해야 한다.

엘리베이터의 바닥과 벽면은 청결을 유지해야 하고 매일 2번 소독하여야 한다.

엘리베이터 버튼, 에스컬레이터 등 자주 접촉하는 부위는 매일 최저3번 소독해야 한다.

지하 주차장

지하 주차장 바닥은 청결을 유지해야 한다. 주차카드, 버튼 등 사람들이 자주 접촉하는 부위는 매일 최저 3번 소독해야 한다.

Conference room, office and multifunctional hall

Keep the office environment clean. Ventilate 3 times a day for 20 ~ 30 minutes each time. Stay warm when ventilating.

Staff should wear masks and keep a distance of more than 1 meter when talking.

Reduce the frequency and length of meetings. When the temperature is appropriate during the meeting, windows or doors should be opened. Online meeting is preferred.

Dining place (area), cafeteria and tea room

Maintain airflow. Cleaning first and supplemented with preventive disinfection. 

Encourage packaging and take-out so as to avoid crowds and group dining.

Disinfect dining places once a day

職場の環境の清潔を保障し、毎日3回毎回20～30分間換気し、換気する時風邪を引かないように注意する。

従業員はマスクをつけ、話し合う時1メートル以上の距離を保つべきである。

有効な分流措置を取り、持ち帰りと出前を薦め、人込みと会食を避けるべきである。

レストランを毎日1回消毒する。

회의실, 사무실, 다기능실

사무실환경 청결을 유지하고 매일 3번,매번 20-30분으로  통풍을 할것을 추천하고 통풍시 보온에 주의하여야 한다.

직원은 마스크를 착용하여야 하고 상담시 1메터 이상의 거리를 보존해야 한다.

회의 차수와 회의 시간을 줄이고 회의기간 온도가 적당하면 창문이나 문을 열어야 한다. 인터넷 영상회의 등 방식을 건의한다. 

식당, 직원식당, 급탕실

공기의 유동을 유지하고 청결을 위주, 예방성 소독을 보조로 한다.

유효적인 분류조치로 포장과 배달을 격려하여 인원밀집과 회식을 피해야 한다.

식당 소독은 매일 1번 한다.

Rest room

Strengthen air circulation. Make sure that water seals of wash basins and floor drains work well.

Clean rest rooms at any time needed. Keep floor and walls clean. Make sure that there is no dirt in the wash basin and no fecal dirt in the toilet.

Disinfect the surface of articles. Wipe the surface of public countertops, sinks, door handles and sanitary wares with a chlorine-containing 500MG / L disinfectant and wipe them with water 30 minutes later.

お手洗い

換気をよくやり、洗面所、排水口などの隔離効果を確保する。

毎日清掃を行い、地面、壁の清潔を保持し、洗面所と便所に汚れが溜まっていないことを確保する。

有効塩素500MG/Lの塩素消毒剤を利用し、公共テーブル、洗面所、ドアノブと衛生用品などの表面物品の表面を消毒して、30分間後でもう一回水で拭く。

화장실

Responding

An emergency area can be set up in an office or public place; when a person with suspected symptoms appears, place him under quarantine in this area, and then deal with it according to relevant regulations.

When employees develop suspicious symptoms such as fever, fatigue and dry cough, transfer them for medical treatment in a timely manner, and disinfect the workplace and used items under the guidance of professionals. Business sites must report the situation to relevant departments timely, screen close contacts under the guidance of professionals, and place them under observation.

感染対応

職場または公共場所で応急エリアを設置し、感染疑いの従業員に対して、即時に応急エリアへ搬送して隔離を行い、さらに関連規定によって取り扱うべきである。

従業員が発熱、疲労感、空せきなどの症状が出る時、即時に最寄りの病院を受診し、医療関係者の指示に従って、職場とその人が使用した物品を消毒するべきである。経営場所であれば、即時に関係部門に報告し、専業人員の指示に従って、濃厚接触者に対する検査を行い、隔離観察を実施するべきである。

감염사태 대응

사무실 혹은 공공장소에 응급구역을 설치한다. 의심증상자가 나타나면 제때에 본 구역을 잠시 격리하고 유관 규정에 따라 처리한다.

직원이 발열, 몸살, 마른 기침 등 의심 증세가 나타나면 제때에 가까운 병원에 내원하여 치료하고 전문인원의 지도에 따라 사무실과 사용한 물품에 대하여 소독을 진행한다. 회사는 제때에 유관 부서에 보고해야 하고 전문인원의 지도하에 밀접 접촉자를 선별하여 격리관찰을 진행해야 한다.
