关于外省1例新冠肺炎无症状感染者在锡活动情况的通告

　　近期，外省在对中高风险地区返城人员排查核酸检测中，发现1例新冠肺炎核酸初筛阳性人员郭某某，核查发现其在我市有活动轨迹。接到协查通报后，我市立即组织开展流行病学调查，现将郭某某7月17日-18日在我市的行动轨迹通告如下：

　　7月17日

　　11:29乘坐G7771次火车（车厢号03，座位号013D）从南京南出发；

　　12:39出站（佩戴口罩），12:41进入车站洗手间；后乘坐地铁1号线于13:15到达扬名地铁站；

　　13:16步行至无锡曙光薇酒店（扬名店）；

　　14:00乘坐红色宝骏汽车（苏B58AK8）到达老婆当家饭店（瑞星家园店）用餐；

　　14:41至无锡曙光薇酒店（扬名店）休息；

　　17:43至18:01在扬名地铁站乘坐地铁到达南禅寺；

　　18:15至20:40在南禅寺、日航酒店、南长街、中山路王兴记附近活动游玩；

　　20:40在南长街附近乘坐曹操专车（苏BD01753）；

　　21:05到达凤凰城798街区杨先生的20年龙虾·醉蟹 （凤凰城店）用餐；

　　22:50左右步行至3号线北栅口站，后经无锡火车站换乘1号线于23:14到达扬名地铁站，返回无锡曙光薇酒店（扬名店）。

　　7月18日

　　12:24从无锡曙光薇酒店（扬名店）退房，12:26乘坐出租车（苏B8T307）前往乾澜土菜馆（瑞星家园店）用餐；

　　14:00乘坐出租车（苏B1T919）前往鼋头渚，14:44进入景区，15:09至16:46在鼋头渚、太湖仙岛游玩（15:22-15:43乘船至太湖仙岛，16:30-16:46游船返回）；

　　17:15返回到达无锡曙光薇酒店（扬名店）；

　　17:26到扬名地铁站乘坐地铁；

　　18:01到达无锡火车站；

　　18:05到火车站麦当劳店内用餐；

　　18:30到火车站临时疫苗接种点接种疫苗；

　　19:11乘坐G7058次火车（车厢号04，座位号004A）离开无锡。

　　我市已采取的措施：7月22日对感染者入住酒店、就餐饭店等场所开展环境、人员核酸检测和全面消毒。截至目前已经排查出密切接触者和重点人群150人。

　　请在上述时间和地点与郭某某有可能接触的人员，在做好个人防护的情况下，尽快到就近的新冠肺炎核酸检测点进行核酸检测。如有疑问，请主动联系当地疾控中心，或拨打咨询电话12320。

　　为了您和家人的健康安全和疫情防控大局，请广大市民关注官方权威发布，不信谣、不传谣、不造谣，注意保护个人隐私，相互支持配合、严格管控，时刻保持个人防护意识。一旦出现发热、干咳、乏力等症状，应立即到就近的发热门诊就诊，并主动告知14天活动轨迹和接触史。就医途中请全程佩戴口罩，避免乘坐公共交通工具。请广大市民配合开展疫情防控工作，对违反有关规定拒不配合的，将依法追究法律责任。

Notice on Travel Records in Wuxi of An Asymptomatic COVID-19 Casefrom Other Province

　　Recently, in a nucleic acid testing for those who returned to city from medium and high risk areas by other province, a person surnamed Guo tested positive in the initial nucleic acid testing for Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia, and was found once travelled to Wuxi. After receiving the circular for assistance in investigation, Wuxi immediately organized an epidemiological investigation, and hereby notify Guo's travel records in Wuxi from July 17 to 18 as follows:

　　July 17

　　11:29: took the G7771 train (carriage number 03, seat number 013D) from Nanjing South Railway Station;

　　12:39: left the railway station (with a mask) and entered the washroom in station at 12:41; then took Metro Line 1 to Yangming Station at 13:15;

　　13:16: walked to Wuxi Shuguangwei Hotel (Yangming Branch);

　　14:00: took the red Baojun car (苏B58AK8) to the Laopo Dangjia Restaurant (Ruixing Jiayuan Branch) for lunch;

　　14:41: took a break at Wuxi Shuguangwei Hotel (Yangming Branch); 17:43-18:01: took the subway from Yangming Station to Nanchan Temple; 18:15-20:40: strolled near Nanchan Temple, Hotel Nikko Wuxi, Nanchang Street and Wangxingji (Zhongshan Road);

　　20:40: took a car from Cao Cao App (苏BD01753) near Nanchang Street;

　　21:05: arrived at Mr Yang's 20-year lobster and liquor preserved crab (Phoenix City Branch) in the 798 block of Phoenix City for dinner;

　　22:50: walked to Beizhakou Station of Metro Line 3, then transferred to Line 1 via Wuxi Railway Station and arrived at Yangming Station at 23:14, and returned to the Wuxi Shuguangwei Hotel (Yangming Branch);

　　July 18

　　12:24: checked out of the Wuxi Shuguangwei Hotel (Yangming Branch) , took a taxi (苏B8T307) to Qianlan Local Cuisine Restaurant (Ruixing Jiayuan Branch) for lunch at 12:26;

　　14:00: took a taxi (苏B1T919) to Turtle Head Park, and entered the scenic spot at 14:44; 15:09-16:46: visited Turtle Head Peninsula, Taihu Xiandao (15:22-15:43 took a boat to Taihu Xiandao, 16:30-16:46 boat ride back);

　　17:15: returned to the Wuxi Shuguangwei Hotel (Yangming Branch); 17:26: took the subway from Yangming Station;

　　18:01: arrived at Wuxi Railway Station;

　　18:05: dinned at McDonald's at the railway station;

　　18:30: got vaccinated at the temporary vaccination site;

　　19:11: left Wuxi by train G7058 (carriage number 04, seat number 004A).

　　Wuxi has taken measures to carry out environmental disinfection for places the asymptomatic COVID-19 case once visited and conduct nucleic acid testing for related personnel on July 22. A total of 150 people were identified to have close contacts with the case

　　Those who may have contacts with Guo at the above-mentioned time and place are requested to go to the nearest Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia nucleic acid testing site for nucleic acid testing as soon as possible with well self-protection. In case of any questions, please contact the center for disease prevention and control or call 12320.

　　For the sake of your and your family's health and the overall situation of epidemic prevention and control, please pay attention to the news released by official media, and say no to any act to believe, spread or start rumors. Please pay attention to the protection of personal privacy, support and cooperate with related personnel, and improve the awareness of self-protection. In the event of fever, dry cough and fatigue, please immediately seek medical support at the nearest fever clinic and take the initiative to report your 14-day travel records and contact history with other people.
