No. 79  Notice on Epidemic Prevention and Control of Wuxi

　　On the afternoon of March 14, one close contact related to a nonlocal confirmed case was tested positive in the first nucleic acid testing among people quarantined at a designated site of Xinwu District. After double-checking by Wuxi Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the result was confirmed positive, and the patient was transferred to the designated hospital for further diagnosis and treatment. On the evening of March 14, after consultation with Wuxi expert group, the patient was diagnosed as COVID-19 asymptomatic carrier. 

　　On the evening of March 12, the asymptomatic carrier had contact with positive case in another city where he works. The patient returned to home in Wuxi at 23:00 on the same day and did not go out. At 8:00 on March 13, the patient was transferred to the designated quarantine place from home by close loop. The result of the first nucleic acid test on that day was negative. According to the result of epidemiological investigation, the asymptomatic carrier has a clear transmission chain, and has only one close contact who is his family member.

　　The close contact, as a secondary close contact of nonlocal confirmed case, has been in quarantine in designated place, and the results of two nucleic acid tests were negative. As of 23:00 on March 13, a total of 41 samples of articles and environment were collected, and the test results were negative. 

　　We call on every resident to raise pandemic response awareness, pay attention to self-protection, wear masks, keep social distance and personal hygiene, and actively cooperate with the implementation of various epidemic prevention and control measures.Those who violate the relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and control will be investigated for legal responsibility in accordance with laws and regulations.

　　3月14日午後、当市新呉区は集中隔離ステーションの市外関連陽性症例の濃厚接触者1名に対してPCR検査を行い、初回の検査が陽性であった。市疾病管理センターの確認検査により、陽性と確認されて即時に指定病院へ転送されて治療を受けさせた。14日夜、市の専門家グループの立会診療により、新型コロナウイルス無症状感染者だと診断確認された。

　　この無症状感染者は3月12日夜に市外の勤務先で陽性症例と接触したことがあり、同日23時に無錫の自宅に戻った後、外出していなかった。3月13日8時、自宅から閉ループで集中隔離ステーションに移送され、当日の最初PCR検査で陰性となった。移動経路調査の結果、この無症状感染者の感染経由ははっきりした。濃厚接触者は家族の1人だけ、市外陽性症例の関接的接触者として集中隔離が実施され、2回のPCR検査は陰性であった。3月14日23時までに、関係場所の環境サンプル41件に対するPCR検査の結果は全て陰性であった。

　　市民の皆様は、引き続き防護意識を高め、個人防護を徹底し、マスクを正しくつけ、社交の距離をとり、個人衛生を注意し、自主的に各種の感染症対策に協力してください。感染症予防・抑制の規定に違反する場合、法律法規により法的責任が追及される。

　　3월14일 오후 우시시 신오구 집중격리소에서 다른 도시 양성 확진자의 밀접 접촉자에 대한 핵산 검사 초보적 양성으로 진단되었습니다. 우시시 질병통제중심의 재차 검사에서도 양성으로 진단되었습니다.그리하여 해당 환자분은 우시시 지정 병원으로 운송되어 전문치료 받도록 했습니다. 14일 밤에 시급 전문가 회진 후 코로나 무증상 감염자로 진단되었습니다. 

　　해당 무증상 감염자는 3월12일에 본인의 직장이 위치한 다른 도시에서 양성 확진자와 밀접 접촉한 적 있었고 당일 23시에 우시시 자택으로 복귀한 후 다시 외출한 적 없었습니다.3월13일 8시에 자택으로 집중격리소까지 폐쇄루프 운송되었습니다. 당일 일차 핵산 검사 결과가 음성이었습니다. 역학조사한 후 해당 무증상 감염자의 감염경로가 명확하고 밀접 접촉자는 가족 한명 뿐인 것으로 파악되었습니다.가족분 이미 다른 도시 양성 확진자의 이차 밀접접촉자로 집중격리되었고 두번 핵산 검사 결과 모두 음성이었습니다. 3월14일 23시까지 환경 검체 41개 채취했고 모두 결과가 음성이었습니다.

　　시민 여러분 계속 방역의식 강화하여 자신의 건강을 지키도록 마스크를 꾸준히 착용하고 안전거리 두며 위생 청결 주의하시길 바랍니다. 각중 방역 예방통제 조치에 적극적인 협조를 부탁합니다. 방역 관련 규정 위반시 법규에 의하여 법적 책임을 추궁할 수 있습니다.

　　3月14日下午，我市新吴区对集中隔离点一名关联外市阳性病例的密接进行核酸检测时，初筛结果阳性。经市疾控中心复核为阳性，随即转运至市定点医院进一步诊疗。

　　14日夜，经市级专家组会诊，诊断为新冠病毒无症状感染者。该无症状感染者于3月12日晚在其工作单位所在的外市与阳性病例曾有接触，当日23时返回无锡家中，后未外出，3月13日8时，在家中被闭环转运至集中隔离点，当日第一次核酸检测阴性。

　　经流调排查，该无症状感染者传播链条清晰，密接仅有其1名家人，此前作为外市阳性病例的次密已落实集中隔离，且两次核酸检测均为阴性。截至3月14日23时，已采集相关环境样本41份，核酸检测结果均为阴性。

　　请广大市民继续增强防范意识，做好个人防护，坚持佩戴口罩、保持社交距离、注意个人卫生，主动配合落实各项疫情防控措施。对违反疫情防控规定的，将依法依规追究法律责任。
